Responsible learning innovation starts with the right problems.
Learning innovation is easy to talk about and hard to do well. When innovation becomes the goal rather than the means, the work converges on novelty and loses relevance. Innovation that lasts anticipates the next set of problems before they arrive.
My work starts with learners and what they need to succeed. I work deeply in the problem space and apply tools deliberately, designing interventions that improve outcomes now and hold up as systems and contexts change.
